SpokaneScape COMMERCIAL Lawn Replacement Rebate Program

Visit SpokaneScape  – In 2019, the City of Spokane launched a lawn replacement rebate for commercial properties.

1. Funds are limited; please contact us prior to beginning your application to verify that funds are still available.
2. Read through program terms and conditions then fill-out and initial the application sheet where appropriate.
3. Submit a scale drawing of your Landscape and Irrigation plan, Plant List and  Area Calculations Form, Mulch Calculator, Watering Schedule, and photos as needed.
4. After receipt and approval of the application, you will be contacted to schedule a required pre-inspection.  The inspector will require access to existing water meters during inspection.
