Visit SpokaneScape – The City of Spokane launched a 2019 lawn replacement rebate for commercial properties.

- Funds are limited, please contact us prior to beginning your application to verify that funds are still available.
- Read through program terms and conditions then fill-out and initial this application sheet where appropriate.
- Submit a scale drawing of your Landscape and Irrigation plan, Plant List & Area Calculations Form, Mulch Calculator,
Watering Schedule and photos as needed. - After receipt and approval of this application, you will be contacted to schedule a required pre-inspection.
*Inspector will require access to existing water meters during inspection.
